This training will provide participants with a thorough understanding of food defense program and tools to develop mitigation strategies based on threat assessment in the food supply chain.

• Food site technical managers, quality managers and quality teams
• Members of food defense teams implementing food defense or security program such as Purchasing, Maintenance, Sanitation, Human resources, and Plant Managers
• Consultants and researchers involved in food defense program development.
Key learning objective:
• Understand what is meant by the term ‘food defense’.
• Threat assessment and mitigation strategies
• Identification between HACCP, VACCP and TACCP
• Food defense program monitoring and review procedures
• GFSI Food defense program requirements

• Training materials will be provided to each delegate.
Training Certificate:
• At the end of the course, the participants will receive a training certificate of “FOOD DEFENSE PRINCIPLES AND THREAT ASSESSMENT” issued by FSCA Inc.
Cancellation policy:
• 25% of training cost is applied when delegate decided to cancel training 10 days prior to the training date.
• When there are less than 10 delegates, training will be rescheduled or cancelled, and delegate will be notified immediately. In case of cancellation of class, the delegate will be reimbursed for the training fees immediately.
This course is part of the BRCGS Professional recognition programme.
This course will provide delegates with a thorough understanding of root cause analyses (RCA), to know the importance of RCA, and to be able to perform RCA competently. This is especially helpful when implementing some of the requirements in the BRCGS.
